DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH - INTERSTATE 87 TO EXIT 32, TURN RIGHT, DRIVE 1 1/2 MILES, FISH & GAME ON RIGHT NEAR BALL FIELD
Although this reenactment is small compared to others, in no way does the size diminish the historical significance of the period. The men and women, whether they be on the field in battle dress or in civilian attire complimenting the soldier while in camp, have a purpose. Their purpose is to educate, entertain and to grow as re-enactors, reflecting a period of time that witnessed the bloody, turbulent years of 1861 to 1865. The Lewis Civil War Committee is working diligently to make this second reenactment better than the first one that occurred in 2007. This is our first attempt at creating a website. As this is an evolving process, please provide us with your feedback on what changes we can make that will benefit the integrity of this website, and the overall reenactment.
